For a specific project in the automotive sector, we implemented an industrial extraction system using a Flat HOUSE filtration unit with a capacity of 115,000 m³/h. This unit ensures effective air filtration across the facility, protecting employee health and supporting the smooth operation of welding technologies.

The automatic regeneration of the filter media using compressed air minimizes maintenance requirements and maintains high system performance.

Intelligent Performance Control

The extraction system includes several smart features:

• Frequency converter – Allows continuous adjustment of extraction power, optimizing energy consumption and lowering operational costs.

• Automatic dampers – Controlled in real-time based on the operation of individual technologies, enabling targeted extraction exactly where it's needed.

This results in an energy-efficient extraction system tailored to the needs of modern automotive production.

Protection of Equipment and Operational Safety

As a preventive measure, the system includes sorbent dosing using Ca(OH)₂ (calcium hydroxide). This protective layer placed upstream of the filter:

• Captures grease and oil vapors,

• Prevents filter media from igniting in the presence of sparks,

• Extends the service life of the filtration unit.
