Sawdust Extraction – Solution for Small and Medium-Sized Woodworking Facilities

We offer efficient systems for sawdust and wood dust extraction, specifically designed for small and medium-sized woodworking operations. Our solutions combine high suction performance, low energy consumption, and long-term operational reliability.

Technology Used: Vibro BAG Filter Units

The system is based on Vibro BAG filter units equipped with filter media regeneration using a vibration motor. This technology ensures long service life of filter bags and minimal maintenance – regeneration is automatic and requires no production downtime.

We supply two design variants:

• Outdoor installation: with casing and explosion relief membrane according to safety standards

• Indoor installation: compact, space-saving design without external casing

Connection to Pneumatic Transport

The filter units can be easily connected to a pneumatic sawdust transport system. For continuous operation, they are equipped with a discharge screw and rotary discharger that ensure steady removal of waste into a container – which is included in the standard delivery.

Performance and Control

• Airflow capacities from 4,000 m³/h to 20,000 m³/h

• A TFGG transport fan is installed before the filter unit, operating the filtration system in overpressure

• Suction power regulation via frequency converter allows energy savings and longer equipment lifespan
