Filter sets of fabric units designed for air extraction and filtration in grinding plants of non-explosive materials. These are filter units equipped with flat fabric hoses with a temperature resistance of 150°C. The filters are equipped with automatic regeneration by means of pressurized air. Residual dust emissions after the filter reach 0.1-1 (2) mg/m3 of TZL. The documents presented here cover the most commonly used filter units for extraction in metal parts grinding plants. The filtration units include a fan, acoustic fan cover, electrical distributor, controlling all necessary functions of the filtration unit. The filter needs to be installed from the prepared blocks, and connected to the exhaust and exhaust duct. For the electrical distributor, the wiring between the filter and the fan needs to be provided. Technical specifications, DWG drawings and STEP + IFC models are freely available for download.
