Filter assemblies of fabric units designed for extraction and filtration of air from CNC lasers and plasma burning machines. These are filter units equipped with flat fabric hoses with a temperature resistance of 150°C. The filters are equipped with automatic regeneration using pressurized air. Residual dust emissions after the filter reach 0.1-1 (2) mg/m3 of TZL. The documents presented here include the most commonly used filter units for table-suction laser and plasma burning centres. The filtration units include a fan, acoustic fan cover, electrical distributor, controlling all necessary functions of the filtration unit. The filter needs to be installed from the prepared blocks, and connected to the exhaust and exhaust duct. For the electrical distributor, the wiring between the filter and the fan needs to be provided. Technical specifications, DWG drawings and STEP + IFC models are freely available for download.
