Filter assemblies of fabric units designed for central sawdust extraction. These are filter units equipped with flat fabric hoses and anti-static design and relief membranes for explosive dust extraction. The filters are equipped with automatic regeneration by means of pressurized air. Residual dust emissions after the filter reach 0.1-1 (2) mg/m3. The above documents cover the most commonly used filter units for central sawdust extraction. The filter units can be used as pressurised or depressurised units. The filter unit does not contain a fan. An electrical switchboard controlling all necessary functions of the filter unit is included. The filter unit needs to be installed from the prepared blocks, and connected to the exhaust pipe and fan. For the electrical distributor, wiring between the distributor and the filter must be provided. Technical specifications, DWG drawings and STEP + IFC models are freely downloadable here.
