The G&G Ceramic JET filter units are designed for the dedusting of hot flue gases containing sparks and glowing particles. These are filter units equipped with high temperature resistant ceramic filter candles with a melting temperature of 1200°C. The filters are equipped with automatic regeneration by means of pressurized air. Residual dust emissions after the filter reach 1-5 (10) mg/m3 of TZL. The documents presented include the most commonly used filter units for dust removal in biomass boilers. For ceramic candle filters, the most common application is for boilers with a capacity of 0.25 MW to 2.0 MW. Technical specifications, DWG drawings and STEP + IFC models are freely available for download.
