Product description

We produce filter bags, pockets, hoses from PES MP, PES MPA material with long service life.

In our sewing workshop we produce filter bags, filter hoses, filter sleeves and filter multi-bags. The filter bag has a flat, smooth shape and is used for filtration of industrial dusts and pollutants. The filter bag is threaded onto a flat filter cage, which ensures the filter bag's stable shape and resistance to vacuum. The seal between the clean and dirty side of the filter is ensured by a gasket that is sewn to the filter bag. The material of the filter bags is an industrial non-woven fabric with an area weight of 500 to 650 g/m2. The filter media material is selected according to the application of the filter unit. Most often we use PES MP - microporous polyester, PES MPA microporous, antistatic polyester, PTFE - Teflon, metaaramid and others. In a properly designed filtration unit, the service life of the filter bags reaches at least 20 000 operating hours without the need for any operator intervention.

We manufacture filter bags for custom textile filtration units of Jet BAG, Flat HOUSE and Flat WOOD type. We also manufacture a range of filter bags for use in other manufacturers' filtration units. We also manufacture exhaust sleeves for the return of air to the hall area.
